Job summary

RES is seeking an Associate Project Manager to oversee engineering and related issues across Wind, Solar and Battery Storage projects. You will assist Asset Managers and Site Managers, ensuring safety, quality and environmental performance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role sits in the Operations Support and Advisory Team with occasional travel to regional offices or sites. The role requires understanding procurement, contracts, and site requirements, and can be based in any RES region

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable engineering environments preferred.
• Knowledge of HSQE standards and CDM regulations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high HSQE standards across the portfolio.
• Lead onboarding of new renewable assets into asset management.
• Develop and execute Additional Services from owner approval to completion on Wind, Solar & Storage assets.
• Ensure compliance and deliverables with oversight of contractors.
• Lead contract improvement plans to support the Commercial AM Team.
• Develop risk, compliance and performance processes to support growth.
• Support other teams including Advisory, ESG, Commercial, OT/Cyber.
• Collaborate with third-party suppliers on Cyber Security Assessments.
• Work with RES OT team to upgrade OT hardware on assets.
• Promote Continuous Improvement and Standardisation within RES services.
