Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an O&M Coordinator / O&M Administrator (Renewables) in Liskeard. The role offers £28,000-£32,000 plus a bonus scheme, training and long-term stability within a growing O&M team.

You will support engineers and clients, schedule maintenance visits, and manage site access and compliance documentation. Experience in a technical environment and strong communication skills are essential, with renewables or solar coordination experience viewed positively.

Qualifications

• Administration / coordination experience within a technical environment (engineering, construction, maintenance, facilities etc.)
• Strong communication skills for dealing with clients and field engineers via phone and email
• Any renewables, solar, or construction coordination experience would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Scheduling planned preventative maintenance visits and organising site access/permits
• Logging and tracking faults from clients/monitoring platforms through to resolution
• Producing client reports by collating engineer test sheets, photos and site data
• Supporting compliance/admin: asset registers, documentation, warranty claims and POs
• 40-hour week, office-based in Liskeard
