Job summary

Metlen in the United Kingdom seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to support utility-scale EPC projects from award through commissioning and handover. You will assist with planning, reporting, cost tracking and cross-functional coordination among Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial and HSE teams.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, supporting the Senior Project Manager, monitoring progress, preparing documentation, and ensuring safe, on-schedule, on-budget

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years' experience supporting EPC projects within renewable energy, utilities or major infrastructure.
• Experience in a client-facing environment and ability to communicate with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and ambition to build a long-term career in EPC project management.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of utility-scale EPC projects from contract award through commissioning and handover.
• Assist with project planning, programme management, reporting and cost tracking.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial and HSE teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support the Senior Project Manager in representing Metlen throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and support resolution of technical and commercial issues.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, meeting minutes and schedules.
• Ensure activities are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to quality standards.
• Contribute to a collaborative project environment focused on continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
