Job summary
Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Plumbing & Heat Pump Engineer to support a growing renewable energy division near Loughborough. The role offers progression, training, and a clear path within a well-established business.
You will install air and ground source heat pumps, carry out domestic plumbing/heating work, and service systems across the East Midlands with most work around the local area and occasional remote sites. A van is provided with a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Qualified or recently qualified Plumber / Heating Engineer
- NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing & Heating or equivalent
- Domestic plumbing/heating experience
- Heat pump experience desirable, not essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong workmanship and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Install air and ground source heat pump systems
- Domestic plumbing and heating installations
- Install cylinders, pumps, valves and controls
- Pipework, radiators and underfloor heating
- Testing, flushing and commissioning systems
- Fault finding, servicing and maintenance
- Work from drawings and system designs
- Provide a professional service in customers' homes
