Job summary

Good Energy Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the technical delivery of commercial renewable energy projects from sale to handover. You will lead site activities, manage safety and quality, and coordinate with clients and internal teams while traveling to sites across Ringwood and the surrounding region.

You will manage budgets, prepare quotes, and ensure projects meet timelines and gross margins.

Qualifications

Proven background in technical or construction project management.
Strong experience in site safety, contractor oversight, and structural/electrical workflows.
Proven experience managing project budgets and financials.
Strong technical grounding in renewable energy or electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of commercial renewable energy projects from sales handover to commissioning and handover.
Build and retain relationships with high-level clients and partner organisations.
Conduct or review site surveys, feasibility assessments, and technical designs to ensure buildability and compliance.
Generate quotes, manage cost estimation, and oversee project programmes.
Perform site visits to monitor installation quality and safety, resolving on-site challenges.
Monitor project P&L, invoices, and procurement to protect gross margins.
