Fawkes & Reece Group in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead renewable energy and electrical installation projects across Wales and England. You will oversee projects from planning through to completion, ensuring safety, timeliness, cost control and quality.

Initial role is temporary-to-permanent with day-rate pay, transitioning to a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per year. Travel to sites across Wales and England is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, electrical, M&E, engineering or renewable energy environments.
• Experience delivering projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of project programmes, budgets, resources and delivery.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Good knowledge of health & safety and construction standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Wales and England.

Responsabilités

• Oversee projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate PV, BESS, EV charging, electrical installations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Plan, schedule and manage resources.
• Monitor costs and commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to clients.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and changes.
• Support commissioning, handover and close-out activities.
