Applicants should be experienced Energy Partners or senior lawyers with a track record in renewable energy, and the ability to shape a high-performing team and build the firm's market presence.

• Extensive experience advising on renewable energy projects and related commercial matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the firm’s renewable energy offering.
• Advise clients on energy and infrastructure matters, including projects, contracts, M&A and regulatory issues.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
