Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing and drafting commercial agreements.
• Support corporate governance processes including board resolutions.
• Help prepare materials for investment committees and internal approvals.
• Conduct legal research on energy regulation and corporate law.
• Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain contract trackers and support compliance monitoring.
• Provide general administrative and legal support.
