Job summary

SaveMoneyCutCarbon is seeking a Programme Officer to support renewable energy and decarbonisation initiatives. You’ll bring order to complexity, keep plans on track, monitor budgets and risks, and translate technical updates into clear reporting for diverse audiences.

You will coordinate day-to-day delivery, maintain schedules, KPIs and dashboards, and organise meetings with partners. Strong writing, organisation and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Essentials: coordinate programmes, projects or portfolios; strong organisation and prioritisation; clear reporting and writing.
• Exposure to renewables or sustainability is a plus but not mandatory.
• Desirables: knowledge of project/programme management methods and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day programme delivery and monitor progress.
• Maintain plans, schedules, risk registers and action logs.
• Monitor budgets and KPIs; ensure dashboards and reports are crisp.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders and audits.
• Organise meetings and track actions; build partner relationships.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and support continuous improvement.
