Job summary

East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust invites applications for a Registered Nurse in the Renal Intervention and Treatment Area (RITA) based at The Lister Hospital, Stevenage. You will deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients and their families, working with a multidisciplinary team to monitor and maintain standards in line with the NMC code.

The role involves assessing and planning care from admission to discharge, participating in out-of-hours on-call and calendar

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in renal care or outpatient settings preferred.
• Ability to participate in shift rotations including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care needs of patients from admission to discharge.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients and families.
• Support vascular access procedures and outpatient renal care within RITA.
