East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse for the St Albans Haemodialysis Unit to deliver high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis. Responsabilidades

• Care for patients undergoing dialysis and assess individual needs.
• Develop, implement and evaluate care plans for patients dialyzing in-centre or satellite units.
• In absence of senior staff, assist in delegation and supervision of staff and students.
• Participate in the hemodialysis on-call rota and work flexibly to meet service needs.
• Accurately record clinical observations and patient data, and review progress.
• Communicate with patients and families with empathy regarding assessment, care and treatment.
