Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an NMC registered Renal Nurse to lead the Merthyr Tydfil Dialysis Unit. You will champion patient-centred care, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and drive quality in a modern clinic.

This full-time role involves staff recruitment, appraisals and budget monitoring, with extensive haemodialysis exposure. The unit operates across 37.5 hours per week with varied shifts, and excellent training and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• NMC registered renal nurse with post-registration haemodialysis experience.
• Strong administrative, organisational and clinical skills.
• Experience in managing staff, counseling patients and understanding CQC roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinic staff recruitment, support and appraisal.
• Participate in budget planning and monitor supplies.
• Ensure compliance with standards and quality management systems.
