Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Clinical Therapy Lead to drive education and clinical excellence in renal care, focusing on peritoneal dialysis services. You will act as the clinical expert for Vantive’s PD service, develop training programmes for nurses supplied by third parties, and oversee relationships with external nurse providers.

The role requires extensive nursing leadership experience, renal nursing expertise, and a strong track record in education programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in management roles.
• Proven experience in renal nursing.
• Experienced trainer and assessor.
• Strong teaching and educational process experience.
• Able to understand therapy market dynamics and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Clinical lead for renal assisted PD service.
• Clinical advisor to commercial account teams.
• Therapy education training for 3rd party nurse providers.
• Competency supervision and sign-off for third party leads and training nurses.
• Therapy education training internally and support patient training programs.
• Collaborative working across therapy area and wider Vantive business.
• Management of third-party nurse provision including capacity planning and KPI oversight.
• Develop and maintain training documentation and protocols.
• Input into Clinical Governance group and share best practices.
