Qualifications

• Proven track record in complex NHS or healthcare environments.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders, commissioners, ICBs, networks, or C‑suite leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen capable of identifying and converting strategic opportunities.
• Experience developing persuasive business cases and value‑based solutions.
• Knowledge of market access, health economics, healthcare consultancy, MedTech, Pharma, or healthcare transformation.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to navigate complexity, think strategically, and execute with pace.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior NHS stakeholders, commissioners, and clinical leaders.
• Identify, develop, and deliver strategic opportunities that expand home dialysis pathways.
• Lead high-value discussions around service redesign, patient pathways, and healthcare transformation.

• Translate national NHS priorities and policy into local implementation plans.
