Job summary

Fordham Talent Partnership is seeking an Accountant with a strong financial control mindset to support the business through a post‑integration period in a fast‑paced Financial Services environment. This role focuses on remuneration, controls, process optimisation and front‑office engagement.

You will ensure remuneration and compensation are accurate, well‑governed and delivered on time, while strengthening data quality and helping transition to new frameworks after integration.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Background in remuneration, compensation or financial control.
• Experience working with front‑office stakeholders in financial services.
• Exposure to post‑integration, transformation or change environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Remuneration delivery: calculations, statements and payments.
• Maintain control standards and audit readiness.
• Documentation and governance of remuneration environment.
• Support transition from legacy models to new frameworks.
• Improve processes, data flows and reporting.
• Engage with front‑office and cross‑functional teams.
