Job description

Our long-standing client is a global leader in international removals and shipping, specializing in helping individuals, families, and businesses relocate across the globe.

They are currently seeking a Removals Telesales Advisor to join their growing team in Dartford.

Role Overview:

As a Removals Telesales Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and providing expert advice on moves.

Your primary goal is to engage with potential customers, understand their moving needs, and offer tailored solutions that ensure a smooth relocation process.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email, converting leads into confirmed bookings.
  2. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on quotes and generate new business opportunities.
  3. Provide expert advice on moving services.
  4. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
  5. Work towards individual and team sales targets to contribute to business growth.
  6. Accurately record customer interactions and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
  7. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of services.

Experience in removals isn't essential, but proven experience in telesales, sales, or a customer service role involving sales is essential.

Key Requirements:

  1. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales confidently.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  3. Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
