We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Removals Foreman with a valid HGV Class 2 license to lead removal crews and drive the vehicles on both domestic and commercial moves.

• Hours: 7:30 to 17:30
• Role Type: Full time - Permanent

Key Responsibilities of Removals Foreman

• Lead removal crews on-site, ensuring every job runs smoothly and safely.
• Drive and operate HGV (Class 2) vehicles to transport goods.
• Load, wrap, pack, and secure items to the highest standards.
• Supervise and train team members, supporting their development.
• Communicate clearly with clients and maintain high service levels.
• Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and on time.
• Step into a leadership role when a Supervisor is not present.

Desirable Experience

• HGV Class 2 (Category C) license.
• 2 years in a removals supervisor or team leader role.
• Physically fit, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safe handling practices, Working Time Directive, and health & safety regulations.
• Fluent English - spoken and written.
• A respectful, presentable, and professional approach at all times.
