Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Workday UK Payroll Consultant to guide clients through complex payroll transformations using Workday. You will configure and optimize UK payroll processes, collaborate with HR, finance and time management teams, and lead workstreams with minimal supervision.

You’ll work across large-scale projects, leveraging Accenture’s global network to deliver cloud-based HR solutions. Travel to client sites may be required and you will mentor junior colleagues.

Formación

• Experience as a Payroll Workday Consultant or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday payroll software, including configuration and business rules.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on UK payroll standards and best practices in Workday.
• Lead workstreams and coordinate with HR, finance, and time management teams.
• Configure and customize Workday payroll to meet business requirements and ensure compliance.
