Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK seeks a Workday HR Transformation Managing Consultant to lead Workday-enabled HR programmes, shaping HR operating models and employee experiences through technology and process change.

You will combine advisory, programme leadership and Workday expertise to support clients from strategy to value realization, with emphasis on growth of the Workday practice and capability building.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering Workday-enabled HR transformation programmes.
• Experience across Workday functional areas such as HCM, Talent, Compensation, Absence, Learning, Journeys.
• Ability to lead client-facing workstreams and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Understanding HR operating models and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday-enabled HR transformation engagements across strategy, process design and implementation.
• Advise on Workday capabilities, roadmaps, employee experience and AI-enabled HR services.
• Facilitate executive workshops, governance forums and decision sessions.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, deployment and adoption activities.
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams and growth of Workday practice.
• Support business development: proposals, bids, client pursuits.
