Job summary

Jagex in Cambridge, UK is seeking a hands-on Web & Digital Analytics Specialist to own the rollout of PostHog across our websites and desktop apps, ensuring data quality and usable insights from day one. This is a fixed-term contract until end of 2026 with flexible and remote working options, and occasional office travel into the Cambridge office when required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing analytics platforms is essential.
• Experience with PostHog or comparable analytics platforms across the ecosystem.
• Experience building workflow automation tooling to scale analytics insights.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to interpret JavaScript for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PostHog implementation across websites and desktop apps.
• Instrument onboarding/reboarding journeys, define events, validate data collection.
• Interface with engineering to coordinate day-to-day implementation.
• Configure PostHog for product, analytics, and engineering users and ensure documentation.
• Build automated tooling to scale analytics insights and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with analysts to establish standards and maintain data quality.
