Job summary

Equisoft seeks a high-impact VP, Wealth and Insurance Solutions – EMEA to drive net-new ARR across the UK, Benelux, Scandinavia and emerging markets. You will own deals from first contact to close, coordinating pre-sales, inside sales and regional teams, while engaging CIOs and CFOs with a credible business transformation story.

You will leverage Oracle partnerships and SI alliances to expand pipeline and co-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and enterprise sales experience.
• Proven track record in hunter/new logo enterprise software sales (SaaS).
• Strong consultative selling to C-suite in life and annuity carriers.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of net-new ARR opportunities across the EMEA region.
• Lead full cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to close with governance and coordination.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, inside sales and partners to shape and win deals.
• Engage with CIO/CTO/Chief Actuary/CXO to articulate business value and ROI.
