Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, or UI/UX.
• Paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, or model evaluation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using industry tools and follow project guidelines.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI outputs.
• Review creative outputs against professional standards and project criteria.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, and user experience.
• Deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
