YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs across graphic design, video, and UI/UX. You will annotate, rate, and provide actionable feedback, ensuring high-quality human input for AI training.

Role requires prior paid experience in AI human-data work and strong proficiency with the listed tools. Remote worldwide, flexible schedule, contractor role.

Qualifications

Proven 2+ years in graphic design, video editing, or UI/UX fields.
Strong portfolio showing digital design and motion work.
Paid experience in AI human-data work required; AI-only creation not enough.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI content.
Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tool usage.
Assess composition, typography, layout, hierarchy, motion, editing, and UX.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
