Job summary

Langham Recruitment seeks a Graduate Vehicle Dynamics & Simulation Engineer for a fully remote role. You will contribute to developing and validating advanced vehicle models, working alongside experienced engineers to deliver high-performance simulation tools used in motorsport projects.

The position targets graduates with hands-on Formula Student or similar motorsport experience, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in C++.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Motorsport Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM field.
• Hands-on vehicle dynamics experience through Formula Student, internships, or related projects.
• Knowledge of simulation, optimisation, control systems, or applied maths.
• Programming in an object-oriented language (C++ desirable).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate vehicle dynamics and simulation models.
• Analyse simulation results against real-world vehicle data.
• Support feature development and validation activities.
• Contribute to testing, visualization and software quality processes.
• Collaborate with engineers and customers to understand performance requirements.
