Job summary

Aalyria Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to deliver innovative software projects at the intersection of space systems and network orchestration.

You will work with software engineers, system architects, and research partners on satellite communications and ground segment technologies. This role involves end-to-end planning, stakeholder management, and coordinating with ESA, Horizon Europe, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical/software projects in space or network domains.
• PM certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA.
• Experience with MS Project or equivalent PM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for program execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex projects aligned with strategy and vision.
• Manage scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop, maintain, and execute plans, schedules, budgets, resources.
• Establish governance, reviews, risk registers, change control.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and utilization.
• Identify and mitigate risks; address issues proactively.
• Interface with customers, partners, subcontractors, and funding bodies.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Support preparation of project documentation and progress reports.
• Contribute to proposals and bid activities; capture lessons learned.
