Job summary

Lloyds Bank plc is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to build, scale and operate the platforms powering Curve’s products, working with engineering teams across the business. You will improve reliability, security and observability while automating infrastructure through code and Terraform modules.

The role requires Kubernetes deployment experience, cloud exposure (AWS/GCP), IaC with Terraform, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying production-ready applications to Kubernetes clusters.
• 2+ years with a cloud provider such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience defining infrastructure as code, ideally with Terraform.
• Proficient in Go or Python.
• Strong troubleshooting across infra layers (network, HTTP, DB, OS).
• Experience in Agile environments and sprint delivery.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation.
• Curiosity for cloud-native tech and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale and operate platforms powering Curve’s products.
• Support infrastructure reliability and security across platforms.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure through code and Terraform modules.
• Drive observability, automation, and post-mortem improvements.
