Job summary

GIOS Technology Limited is hiring a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect for a remote role based in the UK. You will lead transformation of HRSD deployments toward a scalable, out-of-the-box aligned model, reducing customisation and debt while enabling smooth upgrades.

You’ll collaborate with HR, Product Owner, Platform Team and ServiceNow stakeholders to deliver a pragmatic roadmap that maximises value and minimizes complexity.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery architecture and governance.
• Experience leading platform transformation or optimisation programmes.
• Track record of reducing customisation and increasing OOTB adoption.
• Strong understanding of HR operating models and employee experience solutions.
• Ability to define target-state architecture and roadmap.
• Experience remodelling HRSD to align with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess the existing HRSD implementation, including customisations and integrations.
• Identify areas of technical debt, upgrade risks and design improvements.
• Review HR processes against ServiceNow leading practices.
• Evaluate performance, maintainability, and user experience.
• Lead transition to out-of-the-box functionality where appropriate.
• Define the HRSD architecture roadmap and governance standards.
• Present architecture recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
• Support upgrade readiness and release management activities.
