Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple squads across a 20–30 person engineering org. You will manage 2–3 Engineering Managers and collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Managers and data scientists to deliver high-impact products across the UK.

You will shape engineering practices, foster an inclusive culture, and drive delivery excellence while balancing technical and people leadership. This role supports remote UK work with occasional in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 2–3 engineering managers and leading orgs of about 20 engineers
• Strong technical and delivery background with software engineering experience
• Able to lead across multiple teams and connect with product, design and data science teams
