Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development/consulting/support experience.
• Languages include Java, C#, Python, Node.js, Ruby, Go.
• Experience with MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Linux diagnostics and tuning; Windows tuning knowledge a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures, development methodologies, and deployment/operations.
• Excellent analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• High motivation for a role combining technical and customer-management dimensions.
• Confident speaking and presenting in collaborative customer settings.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 15%.
• Experience with Public Sector customers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to customer implementations across the application lifecycle.
• Deliver customer classroom-based training to architect, developer, and operations roles.
• Work as part of a wider delivery team with consulting engineers, project managers and account teams.
• Cultivate MongoDB reputation as a trusted advisor to guide customers forward.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence the MongoDB product roadmap.
