Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking an HR Advisor, People & Culture on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support an acquired business integration. You will deliver commercially focused HR guidance, empower managers, and ensure compliance with employment law and policies.

You will balance business needs with people priorities, analysing data to influence HR practices while supporting change and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR advisory with employee relations and supporting M&A activity (including TUPE).
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and compliance.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic, risk-based HR advice to managers to handle employee relations confidently.
• Support organisational changes, restructures, and M&A activities with people planning.
• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring fair outcomes.
• Analyse people data to identify trends and improve HR practices and policies.
• Collaborate with HR Partners to deliver seamless HR services.
