Job summary

Scopely, a leading mobile games company, seeks a Director of Product, Features, to head the Features teams for Star Trek Fleet Command from the UK on a remote basis. You will own the long-term strategy, roadmap, and monetisation for major feature releases, collaborating with designers, artists, and engineers to deliver high-impact updates.

You will mentor Product Managers, lead data-driven decision making, and drive initiatives that sustain growth and player engagement across live games.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Experience with free-to-play or live-service games is essential.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Understanding of game design concepts and monetization strategies.
• Track record of achieving revenue/metric targets in live games.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MBA or degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-view strategy for the game's Features and align vision with execution.
• Own roadmap and KPI delivery, working with designers, UX, and artists to meet product goals.
• Formulate product strategy and create engaging game mechanics and loops.
• Oversee feature development from concept to launch and post-launch analysis.
• Lead engagement and monetisation for major feature releases across disciplines.
• Monitor product health using data insights to find opportunities and risks.
• Drive process improvements to support feature development.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers and staff.
