Job summary

Scopely is seeking a Remote Senior Product Manager to join the Star Trek Fleet Command team in the United Kingdom. You will shape the roadmap for key features, oversee the lifecycle from concept to launch, and drive monetisation and engagement strategies for our top-grossing mobile game.

You will collaborate with cross-functional pods, balance player experience with business goals, and translate data into actionable product decisions while keeping players at the center of every decision.

Remote Senior Product Manager(Features) - Star Trek Fleet Command

Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Star Trek Fleet Command team in the UK on a remote basis. Star Trek Fleet Command's ongoing success goes from strength to strength. Strategic Planning and Execution

• Collaborate closely with one of our feature teams to shape and refine the development team roadmap, steering vision, and strategy.
• Oversee the feature lifecycle - from specification writing to launching core features.
• Manage product requirements and feature quality from inception to delivery, including release analysis and reporting.
• Prioritize player experience in every decision, aligning development with the target audience's needs and desires.
• Understand and address player issues to enhance the game.

Leadership and Mentorship

• Provide leadership in daily tasks and larger projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.

Data Analysis and Insights

• Manage and analyze game and market metrics, synthesizing data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Extensive experience in product management, ideally with significant responsibility on a F2P mobile game
• Demonstrated success managing complex monetisation and engagement systems, with extensive experience in content development
• Data-native mindset, with the ability to translate raw performance metrics into strategic insights and actionable plans
• Strong player empathy and experience working with user research, community feedback, or other voice-of-player channels
• Experience driving impact across cross-functional pods, including creative, design, and engineering teams
