Job summary

Product Marketing Alliance Ltd in the UK is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to lead and nurture one of our vibrant community brands, delivering exclusive member events and driving advocacy engagement, while coordinating initiatives with Asana.

This role focuses on building strong member relationships, curating event calendars, sourcing speakers and ambassadors, and collaborating with content, marketing, events, sales and customer success to maximise community impact.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including public speaking.
• Proficient with project management tools such as Asana.
• Experience building and growing B2B communities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day growth and engagement for a community brand.
• Develop initiatives and events to drive growth and loyalty.
• Curate a diverse calendar of member events and experiences.
• Conceptualize and execute engagement initiatives, like podcasts and webinars.
• Cultivate relationships with members to boost retention.
• Source speakers, ambassadors, and moderators and manage them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage the community.
• Monitor trends to evolve the community strategy.
