Job summary

Product Marketing Alliance Ltd. is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to lead and nurture one or more of our vibrant community brands from our London base or remotely within the UK.

You will produce exclusive member events, drive advocacy engagement, and coordinate initiatives using Asana. You will manage relationships, curate events, source speakers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community goals with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day growth and engagement for one or more community brands.
• Develop initiatives and events to foster growth and loyalty; streamline workflows with project management tools.
• Curate a diverse calendar of member events and experiences; shape focus and frequency for engagement.
• Conceptualize and run new member engagement initiatives such as podcasts, webinars, workshops, and groups; manage projects in Asana.
• Foster strong relationships with community members to boost loyalty and retention.
• Source and host speakers, ambassadors, and moderators; oversee these initiatives with precise project management.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, events, sales, and customer success to leverage the community for organizational goals; track progress.
• Stay ahead of community trends and bring fresh insights to strategy, with efficient project management.
