Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to help manage live marketing accounts, build strong client relationships, and ensure campaigns run smoothly. You will play a vital role in managing client success and supporting our team to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage B2B marketing campaigns using advanced software (full training provided).
  • Speak with clients to address any issues, provide solutions, and build positive relationships.
  • Write email copy tailored to client campaigns.
  • Monitor, track, and report on the performance of client accounts.
  • Regularly update the team on account progress and campaign results.
  • Ensure smooth campaign management, from strategy to execution.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

£10,000 – £15,000 per year (depending on experience).
