Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own safety initiatives across platforms. You’ll translate policies into product features, lead internal moderation tech like EverGuard, and manage third-party safety partnerships. You’ll work with compliance, engineering, AI/ML, and support to identify risks and embed safeguards.

You will navigate sensitive content and ensure lawful adult content policies while enabling responsible innovation. This role offers full remote work within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Safety & legal product strategy and delivery. Translate safety policies and legal requirements into product requirements and engineering work.
• Develop and enhance in-house moderation systems and EverGuard with AI/ML collaboration.
• Lead third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to implementation and performance management.
• Build dashboards and QA processes to monitor safety performance and prevent harm.
• Conduct red teaming and adversarial testing of moderation systems and safeguards.
• Run trust & safety reviews for new features with early design involvement.
• Coordinate incident response and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
