David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company to hire a Trust & Safety Product Manager. You will own safety and compliance on a large consumer product with 50M+ users, working closely with engineers and leadership.

Remote role for candidates based in Europe, with a B2B contract and full-time potential. You will shape AI moderation features, age checks, and red-teaming, including reviewing disturbing or illegal content while balancing risk and user experience.

Competenze

• 5+ years of product management experience with proven ownership.
• Strong safety and regulatory judgement with concrete trade-offs.
• Solid technical understanding of safety systems, thresholds, and false positives.
• Based in Europe.
• Fully comfortable working with explicit adult content and reviewing disturbing reports.

Mansioni

• Own and deliver safety and compliance features on the product, working directly with engineers.
• Drive the product roadmap for AI moderation, age checks and red teaming.
• Make and own safety and regulatory trade-offs, balancing user safety, compliance and product impact.
• Define detection thresholds, manage false positives and shape human review processes.
• Work closely with the CTO, Legal & Safety Lead and Product Lead.
• Review reports that may include disturbing or illegal content.
