David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company to onboard a Trust & Safety Product Manager. The role is remote with Europe-wide scope, focusing on safety and compliance for a large consumer product that includes adult content.

The candidate will own safety features, shape moderation and age-check roadmaps, and balance regulatory requirements with product impact, working closely with engineering, legal and safety leads.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience with proven ownership.
• Strong safety and regulatory judgement with concrete trade-off examples.
• Solid technical understanding of safety systems: thresholds, false positives, human review.
• Based in Europe or willing to work remotely from Europe.
• Comfort with explicit adult content and review of disturbing reports.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver safety and compliance features on the product with engineers.
• Drive the roadmap for AI moderation, age checks and red teaming.
• Balance user safety, compliance and product impact in trade-offs.
• Define detection thresholds, manage false positives and human review processes.
• Collaborate with CTO, Legal & Safety Lead, and Product Lead; review reports.
