Job summary

The Adventure Connection is seeking a motivated Representation Manager to join a UK-based travel marketing team. The role focuses on building commercial relationships for overseas DMCs and hotels, leveraging a strong travel network and lead generation skills.

You will develop opportunities, attend events, and occasionally lead Fam Trips to worldwide destinations while meeting quarterly KPIs and contributing to client growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in travel industry sectors (Product/Operations or Sales/Marketing).
• Proven track record in developing business opportunities and networks.
• Strong client care mindset with ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities for clients using contacts and new leads.
• Identify and attend networking events and exhibitions to promote clients and the company.
• Occasionally manage Fam Trips to worldwide destinations.
• Meet KPIs and contribute to revenue growth for clients.
• Utilise Best Practice Toolkit for DMCs to grow client potential.
• Create supportive content for social media/newsletters as needed.
• Maintain and update CRM/database for clients and opportunities.
• Assist with planning adventure products when required.
