The Business Development Manager Role:

Our BDMs are vital. You will:

  • Mentor: Lead 60-80 Travel Consultants, guiding their growth.
  • Coach: Help TCs find suppliers, use technology, and build confidence.
  • Advisor: Spot business opportunities and teach TCs to do the same.
  • Sales: Teach closing deals and managing profitability.
  • Communicate: Simplify complex issues, motivate with praise.
  • Market: Collaborate with marketing for tools and promotion.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent client experiences.
  • Analyze Data: Track performance, identify improvements, provide feedback.
