Qualifications

• 4-7 years’ experience in business transformation, change management, or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience running transformation activities, workshops, or process design.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects and workshops with customers implementing Ignition.
• Design new operating models and processes for better efficiency.
• Engage with customer leaders to build support for transformation.
