Job summary

ENSEK Ltd. is seeking a Customer Excellence Specialist to join the Centre of Excellence, delivering measurable customer and operational outcomes.

You’ll embed practices and support adoption of ENSEK platform capabilities across customer units, ensuring first-time-right results and reduced friction. Based in the UK with remote-first flexibility and offices in London and Nottingham, you will work with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements, governance, and capability building

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or delivering customer or operational performance improvements.
• Understanding of customer operations or service delivery environments.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement or performance frameworks.
• Comfortable working with operational data and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, prioritisation and delivery of improvement initiatives for customers and ENSEK units.
• Adapt Customer Excellence frameworks to suit complex environments and opportunities.
• Analyse data, KPIs, and workflows to locate root causes of issues.
• Support reductions in hand-offs, rework and failure demand with first-time-right approaches.
• Embed improvements into BAU operations for sustainability.
