Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in project or infrastructure finance.
• Experience with pre-closing, facility/docs in agency context.
• English fluency; additional Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review draft facility, bond issuance and security package docs from agency/trustee view during pre-closing.
• General management of a domestic and international portfolio of project and infrastructure transactions.
• Calculate distributions across borrowers and lenders per facility terms.
• Set interest periods and reference rates.
• Manage loan/bond lifecycle events and bookkeeping.
• Execute payment instructions for lifecycle events.
• Handle communications to investors, borrowers and lenders.
• Assist and coordinate consents, waivers and restructurings.
• Liaise with sponsors, lawyers, auditors, bankers and investors.
