Interpath in London seeks a Manager for the Financial Services Transaction Services team to lead due diligence and advisory engagements across banks, lenders, asset managers and fintechs.

You will manage buy-side and sell-side assignments, develop senior client relationships, and collaborate with Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory to drive growth within a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial Deal Advisory practice.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years' experience in Transaction Services.
• Experience working on transactions within the Financial Services sector is essential.
• Chartered Accountancy or similar professional qualification preferred.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and strong team orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven record of managing senior client relationships.
• Experience supporting business development and originating opportunities is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preparation and delivery of FDD, VDD and Vendor Assist reports.
• Evaluate Quality of Earnings to identify extraordinary income and costs.
• Analyse and benchmark Net Working Capital based on historical trends.
• Identify debt-like items through in-depth balance sheet review.
• Critically assess target forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Lead client meetings and be the primary contact for due diligence engagements.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to growth of Financial Services sector practice.
