Job summary

Just Mortgages is seeking a motivated Trainee Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join an established Principal within the network. The role is self-employed, with remote work and in-person training available, ideally based in Cheshire or South Manchester.

As you progress through training, you will learn to assess clients' circumstances, research suitable mortgage and protection solutions, and build relationships with lenders while maintaining compliance and records.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent mortgage advice qualification required.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a self-employed role.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ circumstances, needs and financial goals.
• Research and recommend suitable mortgage and protection solutions.
• Support clients throughout their mortgage journey and maintain records.
• Build relationships with clients, lenders and providers.
• Follow compliance requirements and organise workload.
