Qualifications

• Proven experience as Technical Program Manager or similar role in FinTech or enterprise systems.
• 7+ years in software development, preferably FinTech.
• Strong NetSuite experience.
• Track record of managing programs from kickoff to delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication.
• Maintain organization with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Support process and tool improvements to enhance team performance.
