Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Railway Signalling Testing & Commissioning professional. You will take overall responsibility for testing and commissioning of complex signalling systems on site, with possible extended stays and unsocial hours.

The role requires NR CofC and IRSE licenses, strong leadership, and effective management of resources and staff within project teams. A focus on quality and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• NR CofC and IRSE License required with TIC certification or recent holder.
• Experience leading testing and commissioning of railway signalling projects.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for testing and commissioning of signalling systems.
• Undertake Work Package Management on projects and allocate resources.
• Brief and develop staff; act as deputy for Testing & Commissioning Engineer.
• Provide project status updates and ensure audits/quality processes.
