Job summary

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Test Analyst to support testing and implementation of upgrades to the Trust's electronic patient record systems. You will work with internal development teams and external suppliers to ensure quality and timely releases.

The role involves writing and executing manual test cases, planning and executing tests, and leading testing activities for system upgrades across digital projects teams.

Qualifications

• Experience testing electronic patient record systems or healthcare software.
• Ability to write and execute functional and regression tests.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• leading on the testing and implementation of system upgrades
• planning and executing manual test cases
• performing regression testing to ensure a software release has no detrimental impact
• record test results, identify and analyse anomalies and raise and track defects with the appropriate tests and third party suppliers
