Job summary

Mecs Communications is seeking a Telecoms Provisioning Order Analyst to support the order delivery cycle for a global telecoms carrier. This remotely based role covers the UK and operates on a 24-month rolling contract, with hours Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30.

You will coordinate change requests, provisioning, and service delivery, manage orders in the provisioning system, and liaise with internal teams and external delivery partners to ensure timely delivery and clear updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management, order management or provisioning within a telecoms/IT tech environment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple delivery teams and manage customer communications.
• Proficient in common provisioning tools and office software; knowledge of ITIL/Agile practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order queues across Data & Voice teams and schedule resources.
• Raise orders in provisioning systems and track progress to meet SLAs.
• Provide updates to customers and internal partners; generate status reports.
• Support delivery partners and maintain documentation and KPI reporting.
• Work in an Agile environment and assist with service delivery improvements.
