Job summary

TechOne P&R Consultants is recruiting for a remote TechnologyOne P&R Consultant specializing in CiAnywhere for Local Government clients. You will guide software implementations, configure the Property & Rating module, and optimise land information and revenue processes, while delivering expert technical support.

You will map business processes, design improvements, and provide training to end-users, handling data management across billing cycles and valuation management.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with TechnologyOne P&R and CiAnywhere is frequently mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Local Government operations, particularly in Rates Accounting, revenue recoveries, and land information systems.
• Configuration, reporting, and tools like Workflows, ETLs, and DocOnes.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical users.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to deliver a compelling customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the Property & Rating module, often transitioning clients from legacy systems to the modern CiAnywhere platform.
• Mapping existing business processes and designing improvements within the software to ensure efficiency in land information and rates accounting.
• Acting as the primary contact for troubleshooting, resolving customer issues, and delivering training sessions to end-users.
• Managing property-related data, including annual billing cycles, supplementary cycles, and valuation management.
